Affordable, tidy, and a satisfactory hostel in the heart of San Francisco. Shared a 4-bed female dorm where only another woman joined, making it ideal. Didn't explore the kitchen as I mainly needed a resting spot, which it served well. Proximity to my destinations was convenient, so no complaints.
Interaction at the front desk stood out. The staff member was exceptionally kind and attentive to my needs. Valued his polite responses.
